Espresso Brewing Guide

At Café Aroma, we have a cup half full philosophy which is why we’re so excited to fill yours!

Brewing the perfect espresso is an art form that takes patience, practice, and a lot of trial and error. With the right beans, tools, and technique, you can start your day enjoying the sweetness and depth of the perfect shot.

Here's what you need for that perfect cup:

Fill the lower level with fresh filtered water.

Fill the filter basket (middle level) with Café Aroma Espresso.

Project Name

Close the Bialetti Moka Pot tightly and place on the stove on medium heat.

Project Name

The heat from the stove will cause the water to rise from the lower level to the upper chamber.  When you hear the water up top begin to bubble, your espresso is ready.

If it’s your first time brewing with a Moka Pot, check the water while it’s on the stove to prevent it from overflowing or burning.

-After your initial brew, adjust the water to coffee ratio to find your preferred flavor profile.
